If you operate a bus service with seating positions for 10 or more adults (including the driver), you are required to be accredited or registered.
If you operate a vessel on Victorian waters, it may need to be registered and you may need a marine licence, certificate of competency and specific safety equipment.
If you operate a tourist and heritage or light railway service in Victoria you are required to be accredited.
