Bus Safety Victoria (BSV) recently achieved another successful prosecution against an individual operating a bus service without accreditation.

Mr Grigoriou was detected at the Twelve Apostles operating his own bus to provide a tour for international tourists. He was prosecuted at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court, where he was convicted and fined $5,000 for operating a commercial bus service without accreditation.

BSV has one further prosecution listed at the Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court where an operator will be appearing for an alleged second offence for operating a commercial bus service without accreditation.
