Know the three when out at sea

Drownings and the incorrect use of safety equipment on the water is an ongoing issue in Victoria. This is due to overconfidence and complacency amoung longer term boat owners.

‘Know the three when out at sea’ is a campaign to encourage boaters and paddlers to follow all three safety messages when out on the water as adopting a single safety measure in isolation won’t save a life.
